Cancellation Policy

- All grooming prices are subject to change following an in‑person assessment of your dog’s coat, size, temperament, and overall condition. - Factors such as matting, impacted undercoat, excessive dirt, fleas, or behavioural challenges may require additional time or specialist handling. - Any price adjustments will always be discussed with you before grooming begins. - Severely matted coats require additional time and may incur an extra de‑matting or shave‑off fee. - For the welfare of the dog, we follow the Humanity Over Vanity principle. If a coat is too matted to safely brush out, a clip‑off will be performed. - Please inform us of any existing injuries, skin conditions, lumps, sensitivities, or mobility issues before your appointment. This helps us adapt the groom to keep your dog safe and comfortable. - PAWS TLC will not be held responsible for any aggravation of undisclosed injuries or conditions. - A non‑refundable deposit is required to secure each appointment. This amount will be deducted from the final grooming cost. - Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. - Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced services or rescheduling. - Dogs must be collected promptly once grooming is complete. A late collection fee may apply after 30 minutes. - Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, behavioural concerns, or recent surgeries. - We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog shows signs of illness, parasites, or distress. - Aggressive or reactive dogs must be disclosed at the time of booking. - If a dog becomes unsafe to groom, the session may be stopped and a partial or full grooming fee may still apply. - Muzzles may be used when necessary for safety. - Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit. - No‑shows or same‑day cancellations may require full payment before future bookings are accepted. - Payment is due at the end of each appointment. - Deposits are non‑refundable but transferable if the appointment is rescheduled with more than 48 hours’ notice. - We may take photos of your dog for our social media pages. If you do not consent to this, please advise us. - No details about the dog will be shared without owners consent. At PAWS TLC, your dog’s safety, comfort, and wellbeing always come first. We reserve the right to adjust or refuse services if we believe it is in the best interest of the dog.
